Insurance Defense
We defend first and third party insurance claims, under policies including Automobile, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, and Commercial. We also provide coverage opinions and legal interpretations of policy language, as well as litigate declaratory actions.

We defend all types of Property & Casualty claims, including but not limited to, Motor Vehicle Claims, Construction Defects, Products Liability Claims, Premises Liability Claims and General Tort Claims.

Title 59 Claims
We represent numerous public entities and municipalities across southern New Jersey under the Tort Claims Act. New Jersey statute Title 59 outlines a variety of immunities offered to public entities and employees when acting within the scope of employment.

We represent individuals that have suffered injuries in accidents, such as motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death, when there is no conflict of interest.

We represent public entities in claims filed under State and Federal law involving violations of civil rights.

We represent both individuals and businesses in collecting outstanding debts owed on delinquent accounts.
Subrogation
We defend the legal rights of insurance carriers in pursuing third parties that caused an insurance loss, by recovering the amount of the claim paid to the insured for the loss.
Real Estate
We represent both buyers and sellers in transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate.
Wills
We prepare Last Will & Testaments designed to protect your possessions and heirs. We also prepare legal documents such as Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney to outline your wishes in the event of incapacitation.
Guardianships
When individuals are incapable of managing their own affairs, whether it’s from mental impairment, dementia, or developmental disability, we can be appointed temporary guardian to protect the best interests of the individual.
